PURCHASES

To purchase any item on the site, ADD TO CART. Click the proceed to checkout button and you can use your PayPal account or check out as a guest with a credit card.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING-

Orders are shipped using the USPS Priority Mail service which included insurance and a tracking number.  Costs are based on size of priority mail packaging.   Generally costs range between $6 and $25.  Overnight Shipping in the US is available if purchased before 11 AM EST through USPS.  Saddle pads are normally shipped via Fed Ex and are charged at actual shipping charges based on weight and destination zip code.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-

We ship International purchases via USPS international service.  Delivery time is not guaranteed.

RETURNS-

Returns or exchanges may be made for any reason within 7 days of delivery of merchandise with prior authorization.   The item(s) must be returned safely in their original packaging and insured for the full purchase price.  All return shipping is responsibility of customer.  If you received free shipping, those charges will be deducted from your refund.  A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. Shipping charges, custom merchandise and consignments are non-refundable.

LAYAWAY

Layaway is available.  40% down, half the balance at 30 days and the balance before shipping or at 60 days. Any items remaining unpaid after 70 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be listed for sale. You will be given website credit for the remaining balance.

CONSIGNMENTS-

We do accept consignments on a 30% charge of the sale price of your item.  We will issue the payment to your specified address with in 30 days of the sale.  Pricing of the item will be determined by us and will depend on the condition, brand and popularity.  If there is a specific price you are asking we can discuss it.  If your item does not sell after 60 days we reserve the right to appropriately mark down the item to promote a sale.  We reserve the right to reject any consignment item which does not represent our standard of quality for our customer or has been mispresented.  The item(s) must arrive clean and in good condition.  If the item is refused consignor will be responsible for paying return shipping.  We are not liable for loss or damage to any consigned item resulting from fire, theft, flood or any other cause.

CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS

Sometimes the ready made items on our website can be made in another size or with different fabric. If you don't see anything in your size please contact us. Special orders are items you see on our website that you would like in another size or fabric. They take anywhere from four to twelve weeks to be completed, are typically the same price as the similar item found on the site.  Custom orders require at minimum down payment of 50% with the remainder due upon completion.   You can put special orders on layaway.  Custom orders are not refundable.

Custom World Show items can be ordered in any price range but generally start at about $1000. There is a 10-12 week wait time and require a 50% deposit.

FABRIC

We only use the best quality fabrics available and normally only purchase a few yards of each print.  Fabrics are available for custom orders on a first-come, first-served basis. 

FIT

Fit must be discussed via telephone calls.  A form will be provided for accurate measuring.   We will discuss the fit of the item along with design preferences.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

It is always best to only spot clean your garments.  The more heavily embellished your garments are, the less likely you will have good success at washing them.   If you do decide to wash your garment handwashing and dry flat is highly recommended.  To store your garments, use a suit hanger.  Suit hangers have a shaped neck to keep your collar from getting crushed when in a garment bag.  It is best and highly recommended to keep items stored in a dust proof garment bag once dry.
